Why no bikes doing this here or Australia or in the UK or in America?

Check all the Suzuki web sites
Apparently this has been a real prob in the US. there's a backlog on cyl head parts. The FI light has been mooted too.

However I've had two K6 600s now and have not seen any oil leaks or FI light issues with either. I remember my WX 750 had a camchain prob and suzuki were pretty good with the recall.
Superdukes. Serving up shame to sportsbikes since ages ago.

You see this is the problem, people go and shout about shit before they even know if it is real, by the time its either confirmed or negated the damage is already done by spreading it around.

In this case I have no idea wether or not it's true, but still - if someone decided to shit talk about Suzuki without any facts, he's done an excellent job of getting his point across. How conveinient it is that the info is supposed me a 'secret'.

anyone here got a pal with an 06 gsxr 600?
if so give them this info.

a customer found that his gsxr had an oil leak. after some poking i found nothing, he packed up the bike and left. he came back a few weeks later with the same oil leak, i could find nothing wrong again.
Excuse me, but what the fuck? So it was leaking but you couldn't find it? I don't understand, how can it be leaking and then you not be able to see it leaking? The oil has to go somewhere, it doesn't just vanish into thin air.

What's the point? If all you gonna do is take it to someone who supposably knows what they are doing but won't be able to find anything...

Could it be that there really is no problem?
Maybe it's as simple as a instrument indicator error.

Sounds like bullshit to me, either that or it's just very badly written.

Yeah, but oil leaks can be bastards to find the true source of, you might be able to see an oil weep or signs of oil, but can be pretty hard to trace exactly where its coming from, especially if nothing obvious like oil hose loose or similiar.
