Yep. Seen you around. You leave down the road from (I'm guessing) just off Border Road. I'm on Palomino Drive.

Yes...my "KB commuter twitching" collection is almost complete....saw you on the causeway this morning being followed by some bloke on a blue CBR250R that I had seen at the Newton off ramp the day before.

Whereabouts in west harbour are you Dan? I live just on Hobby road, work at the boat sales yard just before the marina shops - should pop in and give me a holla if ever down there.

I was behind a mini yesterday I think, on the 16 heading toward westgate - id just been putting the bike through its paces on the riverhead highway, in the wind and rain

Another rider to add to the NW collection

After 12 months I am finally up and about on the Wideglide. It has been repainted (got the spitfire dogfight thing going on) and you'll notice the limp if I'm off the bike.

Not on the NW MW at any particular time but do ride it a couple of times a week during office hours. I usually have leather bags on the back most days.

"Ups" to all you fellow westy motorcycklers!

I saw heaps of bikes today...
One rider on a very nice blue cruiser going towards Avondale around 3.15 to 3.30pm wont last long if they chop and change lanes without even looking or signalling.... even cut right in front of me as well as many cars... silly buggar never even looked in their mirrors once...

I did have fun with another rider heading through New Lynn up past Waikamete Hill..... we both split lanes at every set of lights..... we had fun. They were on a 750 sportbike

    Hi Crashe.

I haven't hit the pool since the last swim cost me 3 days in hospital and a month of taking it easy with a nice little infection. The leg still has some slightly open wounds - even after all this time - so until they heal up I won't be going anywhere near a public pool.

But don't let that put you off - the exercise was great and I enjoyed it.

Off for a ride tomorrow so look out for a carefully ridden harley out west!

    Cheers,

I wonder if the Yellow SV is me ???
The timing doesn't quite work, if I'm on dayshift, I'm on the Motorway city-bound 6:30ish ... or if I'm working nights .. I'd be westbound 7ish.
Could be me I suppose, how many yellow sv's can there possibly be in West Auckland ??

from memory the SV came down Titirangi Rd, turned right onto Gt North and then rejoined avondale somewhere.

    I haven't seen it since
