Whichever one feels like it. I let them sort it out between themselves, and if they can't decide, then I make them both go down, or both stay up.
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....

Which ever one that feels the most appropriate at the time I guess. Am I supposed to be doing it with only one side?

Left foot goes down first while the brakes on. Then both feet down then maybe the left foot goes up to check that we are in first gear or neutral, depending how long I think I'll be stopped for.

Can agree with the indecision of qhich leg, unfortunately both up tends to lead to all down, bike and all!!

By choice I usually put my left foot down, brake is on t'other side although I also put both down at times but rarely the right by itself

Interesting - my immediate response is my head and shoulder first!

Right. Then I can change down and or find neutral and or put the stand down. When all that's done both.

    Come on Mr Hitcher.
You've been honored with the 1000th post "flashing cross".
For this honor, we must demanded a 'step up', in the quality of the threads started.
    I mean,, really! Which Foot?!!

You can do better than that!

Why not start a thread asking about how Rossi puts his foot down to test the track, while raceing at warp speed? I Saw him doing that when he was on slicks in the rain! Did you see that? Amazing!
That, would be a thread worthy of your "flashing cross"!

    Cool

it all depends on which way the wind is blowing really !!.....But if I have make a choice then I guess it's the one that doesn't have anything else to do ....
What about asking if anyone slots "N" sitting at the lights or whether they sit there with the clutch in ...........
A man can move much faster without a millstone around his neck, so if he gets the chance to lose her he'd better drop her and run like heck !! .. (10cc "Modern Man Blues" - Deceptive Bends)
