    '99 gsxr750

There's one for sale in Chc, which I'm interested in...

18000km, seems sweet condition... How much you reckon it's worth?

The SRAD shape stopped in 99, with the new shape starting the whole K thing.

No, the SRAD shape finished in 2000. Hence the first new model was the K1, as in 2001. The 2000 was still the SRAD shape, there is no K'0'.

1998 was the first year of injection on the 750, the 600 got it in 2000.

BTW, if you want me to check this bike out for you I'm more than happy to do so.

Here is a pic of my clutch lever setup (although not connected in this pic). I operate it with my thumb. Don't worry about 'being' rude, I've had that and more questions regarding my accident asked of me than any other question. It's all good.

lol, yup I do everything single handidly!! Cheers, but when you love something so much you won't let the loss of the use of one limb stop you from enjoying it.

Sorry bro, 2000 was the first year for the new shape, I have the brochure showing what year each face lift model came out.

Well from what you provide I do stand corrected. However I'm sure the 2001 was the first new model. Time to look into this further. Reasoning for this is there is no K0 model (not that I'm aware of anyway), and the K1 was 2001, K2 2002, K3 2003, etc.

I tryed the web archive to check the suzuki website in 2000, but no joy.

There is this http://www.bikez.com/motorcycles/suz...r_750_2000.php that shows the specs for the 2000 model. I pretty sure the model was K. Could try looking for the microfiche.

I think you must be right, maybe I've seen '99 models that were first registered in 2000, hence the 2000 designation on the 'old' shape.
