A newspaper article published on the web hardly gives you the FULL story. You have no idea from what is written in either article why the coroner made his decision. Unless the full coroners report were published I don't think that any comment made here in relation to his decision could be "objective".

But there are reasons for living in a place apart from liking living there.
Given enough time, and enough monkeys banging away on a very large number of typewriters, I could probably come up with one or two.
