    Nice set up Dave.

What are you doing about wind sound? Or are you just going to do your own soundtracks?

I was thinking that if I did that (might do), then I'd use an external mic and mount it near the pipes or under the seat.

Just used the 'wind cut' on the camera and dubbed the sound in the 'garage band' app.

The remote mic would be good aye, but my camera needs a power source for a remote unit so the mic is almost as big as the camera.

Good stuff mate. That's where I tested the ZX14 Monument road and up over to Hunua. Went through there about 3x on it.

I've improved is since this lot too - fixed some of the wobble. I'm going to get Stretch on something tricky and follow him next.

Wiped it with a cloth and as dave says - get a cheap filter to protect it.
Helps that my vid camera is a few years old and not quite as valuable any more too.

I use a piece of foam on top of the tank, camera on top of the foam and then carefully align it, then just use shitloads of packing tape from one side of the tank to the other, Being careful as not to cover up the important buttons. works a treat

Did that today and a nice road !

Though after a while of pure commuting my pace, lines and general riding was bloody rusty to say the least!
