    Just read in one of the latest NZ Hot Rod mags that the asking price of a primered, ratted interior, not run for last 10 years fastback 'stang in California as $13,000- $15,000!!!! (I guess that is at the popular swap meets like Pomona)

    No wonder I never bought one last year!

    The '66T-bird now seems a bargain at $4,600US!!
    Winding up drongos, foil hat wearers and over sensitive KBers for over 14,000 posts...........

    I know where there's a 65 notchback, no rust, factory 6 cyl (good runner) in bad need of a paint job... there's even an injected 302 waiting to go in it

    Nothing wrong with them BUT they are the 'Belmonts' of the Mustang world.

    Agreed Saw it today, no longer the totally original (albeit in need of a paint job) it once was... it's stripped and getting the body work done! Hopefully that 6 isn't going back in, and the 5.0HOi is!
