Sorry to hear about your 'off' mate, glad you're OK. Bike can be fixed. Actually saw you as you were heading to the track, I'd just bought myself lunch at the dairy next to the Yaldy, was going to get to the track later to see if that's where you were going but work happened, you know how it is.

    You take care of yourself.

When you do get better, I'll shout you a beer and tell ya a funny story about yourself that you don't know.

EDIT: what's up with all those skidmarks you seem to be following ... the ones pointing left?

Sorry to hear that dude! It has always amazed me how you can ride with one arm. How is your bike set up to ride that way?

Hope you get it running again quickly and dont hurt too much.

I felt the back spin up and knew to keep it open (well back it off a little maybe but I ain't that good!) but she spun up quick, and like I said I actually thought I might've made it, but she bite hard for what felt like the second time and spat me off. Landed on my head and back and slid for a bit, fully aware of what was happening when I must have got flipped over a couple of times.
My first crash in 8 years so not too bad. I was always a little concerned at how I would fair in another off, especially my arm, so this answered that question. It was an experience more so than just crashing.
10 outta 10 to you dude for doing the business with the disadvantage you have!

Crashing ALWAYS sucks, but if you walk away (semi) unscathed it can be a valuable learning experience.

Show me a man, or woman for that matter (including the GP greats), that don't shut a bike down to save an unannounced big slide........

What disadvantage does OAB have??? He's lighter than us and can still do more than most of us around here!!!

Glad to hear you're OK and everything's fixable mate.
