That car is prime for a rock, brick, or even boot bollocking. Any nob that parks like that deserves a lasting impression left on each side panel. I see similar things all the time and have nearly collected many. The worst is in hilly bits where dopey families stop for a puke..... And they look at you as though it's your fault they are parked on a verge when there is a straight or side lane less than 20 metres away. Grrrrrrr that so hacks me off, but I guess it just comes as a reminder that you don't know whats around the corner. Drive defensively, and if need be defensively, mirrors are always a good thing to tap off as a reminder for the future....................
