My Identity Crisis

Well I couldn't be about to take delivery of a new CB13 and call myself
Ninja 51 could I? I mean, come on! So for all of you out there in KBerland I write to confirm that my allegance (is that the right spelling?) to Kawasaki has finally come to a sad end. After a Z650, Z650 Custom, Z1000MkII, Zephyr 750, Zephyr 1100, ZX9B1, ZX9B4 and a ZX9C2, I have now gone soft and decided that sedate, upright, but torquey riding is the way I wish to go for the next chapter in my motorcycling career. So it's back to Honda with a brand spanking CB1300, back to Honda with no wind protection, back to Honda with bugs all over me, back to Honda with neck ache but most of all, back to Honda with a huge grin on my face and a happy pillion! (well, once I get the pillion pegs lowered!). Yes folks, "Ninja 51" is the very same "ceebie13". Wish me luck.

Good stuff. You riding on Oct1 ride? Wouldnt mind a look at one of these CB1300's. Either yours or SB's anyway.

'Fraid the bike won't be mine for another week or so :-( Which, as you can imagine means I wont be on the Oct 1 run! Meantime, here's a pic to whet your whistle!
