    What model MV1000 ? S or R

I've not seen the mag in a shop yet Dave. You guys tested the 1000s recently so what model is this mentioned on the cover? I'm keen to read more reviews on the R model.
In fact here's a sweet idea for a KR bike comparison- all the MV range at once. Well maybe split the naked and sports into two stories. The Brutale 750, 910 and 910R (did I get that right?) and the 1000S, R and maybe Senna and Tamborini. Bloody hell that would be a good read, not to mention fun for the test riders.
If KR mag is keen I can put you in touch with the local Senna and Tambo owners. Better still, the Tambo owner still has his MV750SPR ! That would be a unique story that I doubt any mag worldwide has done. I should get a job as a journo.
ps- if you do this I will sue you for pinching my idea unless I get a free MV

Still a week or two away from the shelves
Keen to follow up any leads - Tambo owners etc would be better to do their own write ups - unless they want to lend us their bikes? Thought not - but I'd be happy to do some pics - where are they?

The test is on the F41000 and it is the ONLY demo bike in the country.

Finn has offered me a lend of his for an article which I will follow up this month (thanks mate) but other than that it's hard to get a leg over (an MV - I hear Finn's easy) - let alone a full comparo.

Good ideas however. Free MV would be a 1/32 scale model?

Yeah - all good shaun - and seriously - have you spoken to todd?
(I find it easier when i can use hand signals as well)

And for the record - I got no probs with Trader or BRM - there is a lot of my advertising work in both of them. Good relations. I do miss a beer with Reece and Glenn at the trade do's.

Indeed Hitcher did! Also Hitcher has noted that Two Wheels magazine (as well as needing a decent proofreader) picked the FJR ahead of the ST1300 and K1200GT in a 1800km-in-two-days head-to-head comparison. As Big Dave and I have told you, FJRs rock!
