    Suzuki 2007 M109 and C109

shit I love this bike....look good in different colours

Following on the heels of its successful M109R launch, Suzuki adds a C109, M109RN, and M109RZ to its 2007 Boulevard cruiser motorcycle line.

3 Additional variants of its M109R performance V-twin, all of which will use the same engine and drivetrain.

The first of the new Boulevard models to arrive in Suzuki dealers will be the M109RZ, a limited-edition version of the M109R distinguiashed by its paint scheme, which will feature a wide racing strip running lengthwise on the bodywork. This stripe also replaces the chrome insert on the headlight cowl.

Suzuki will make full announcements about the other two machines in June 2007, but showed prototypes at its dealer meeting in Las Vegas. The M109RN (N for "naked") restyles the M109 without the headlight cowl, just a small chrome nacelle.

The most different of the forthcoming models will be the C109. This bike completely restyles the 109 along the lines of the C50 or C90 models, with classic American styling themes. It has a triangulated hardtail-style swingarm rear suspension and conventional fork legs with covers. It's styling is much more conventional than the M109s, without the streamlined bodywork that the M model favors. It's classic style brings floorboards, wide fenders, and little of the air-cheating bodywork (like the radiator chin fairing) of the M109.

It seems likely that Suzuki will follow up the basic C109 with a C109T model, that is, a C109 fitted with a windshield and saddlebags. It's possible that as its flagship classic cruiser, the C109T might get hard saddlebags instead of the less practical leather bags fitted to other T-suffix Boulevard models.

Suzuki had no specifications, prices, or even photos of the new 109s, although we were told that some would be forthcoming in the near future. In the meantime, the photos we took at the crowded dealer meeting will offer some idea of what to expect.

oh so nice, I'll have one of each thanks

They've ruined the M109R. It looked classy and menacing in black. The silver looked classy.

The less said about the C109 the better.

    Where's my SV109R?
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?

The M109R: Champion cruiser for the man racer....

Stuff the boy racers on pocket rockets... These machines hail butt and mean serious buisness. I concurr with all the reviews that clearly state and shine the superb handling, performance and power. I loved My SV1000K3, and would never have sold it but for my back pains. I converted to the cruiser style to an XV1600 chopped out Roadstar. I went in a rode an M109R last week and walked out with it. Any cruiser that pulls over 150mph and still excellerates with ease and comfort blows any other bike in my view. Its mega comfy, the colour in silver is divine, and with the radar jamma it goes hard safely....

The aftermarket gear is all available already and I have seen the T and R models in the states. The hard bags are really nice, a bit pricie but cool. The bolt on saddle bags are the go, and better value. Aftermarket pipes make a huge diff, and so to does all the other cool parts available for them. There are some pictures in my gallery if you wish to inspect styles.

    go the M109R.........

Maurice has the white one on order.

Anyone know where he can get some white leather chaps to go with it?

Maurice would not be seen dead without tassles!

Scumdog wouldn't be his friend if he turned up in plain leather.

    Naked is best

The naked un coned front looks kinda cool. I like the flow of the pipes too. The back wheel does it for me as well.
