Nope. All those things are moderate injuries.
I've said it before:
Moderate Injuries: Sufferer will have a life time of issues to deal with.
Serious injuries: Move the wrong way and you die. Probably a couple of weeks in hospital minimum. Something will be damaged so bad your lifestyle will be impacted.
Critical Injuries: You're dead, but machines are keeping you alive. We're hoping the bit that is not working will start up again. Oh yeah, you lost a few bits too, like your spleen, a kidney, and the blow to the head has left you with life long epilepsy. Your heart suffered enough damage being cardioverted during resus that you lost 10 years off your maximum projected age. But you're alive. Yay!
Critical injuries, in ICU, and regarded as stable: Machines are STILL keeping you alive.
