So having a broken neck aint serious!!!!!!!!!
Nor having suspected internal injuries !!!!!!!

I would say all the injuries he suffered are serious as he will be off his bike for some time.
Nope. All those things are moderate injuries.

    I've said it before:

Moderate Injuries: Sufferer will have a life time of issues to deal with.
Serious injuries: Move the wrong way and you die. Probably a couple of weeks in hospital minimum. Something will be damaged so bad your lifestyle will be impacted.
Critical Injuries: You're dead, but machines are keeping you alive. We're hoping the bit that is not working will start up again. Oh yeah, you lost a few bits too, like your spleen, a kidney, and the blow to the head has left you with life long epilepsy. Your heart suffered enough damage being cardioverted during resus that you lost 10 years off your maximum projected age. But you're alive. Yay!
Critical injuries, in ICU, and regarded as stable: Machines are STILL keeping you alive.
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?

Thanks Mom and Motu. That was kind of what I was trying ta get across. Too often as bikers here we lay full blame on the "Cagers".
If we are riding fast (not saying that is the case here) don't blame the "Cagers" for not seeing us. We are on them before they have had time to react.
On the road as a Biker ya have ta ride wary as it does not matter if you or the "Cager" was in the wrong if it's you that ends up hurt or dead.
