    Nice bike kiwi

Have you ever looked at Muzzy exhaust?

One of the salesmen at Mt Eden just put one of these on, apparently it sounds awesome! Not sure if it will bolt on to an older model though.

Great looking bike! Looking at upgrading early next year. What made you go from the K2 to the ZX? What do you think the pro's and con's of each are? Once again, great looking bike!

thanks mate, yeah its farkin hot eh
i decided to go for the 04 zx10 as its considered to be the insaine choice.
thought it was time to have a change too.

    pros of the zx:
    *looks
    *lighter, feels like a 600
*more vicious power delivery, its insaine, really makes you feel alive, pulls like nothing else i have ever fathomed
    *scares the shit outa me
    *turns FAST

    "cons" of the zx:
*more vicious power delivery, its insaine, really makes you feel alive
*its "harder" to ride fast on bumpy roads (i havent got a damper, yet)
*its really keen to kill me
    these are really pros too.....

    pros of the k2:
    *easy to ride fast
    *smooth
    *predictable
    *didnt try and kill me

    "cons" of the k2:
*after feeling the power of the zx it seems a little tame
    *looks
    *didnt try and kill me

at the end of the day its a personal thing.
a few times riding the zx home i thought "what have i done", the thing is nuts, its like learning to ride again! I feel more comfortable on it now, its going to take some getting used to. the gsxr was just so easy to ride fast, even on bumpy shitty roads.
    both are AMAZING bikes,
what a day and age to be riding bikes, they are wicked machines, i know im not worthy (but i bought them anyway )

if you havent riden a 04 zx10 and you get the chance, do it, its an experience

i still cant believe i bought it!
    its like a dream

Thanks for the informative answer. I'm still unsure on what I'll buy just yet, so many cool bikes to choose from. Enjoy yours, looks more than the part!
