    Summer rides

Can't wait for them either.......looks like it will be a great summer with loads of rides already organised.

Looks like I might just be able to update the old KLX soon as well.......Still can't decide between the new KTM 250 EXCF or the CRF250X!

We've just updated the ride callender on www.nztrails.com with more coming to our attention all time. have a peek - we've also got some reviews and photos from some of the rides last summer.

Any one got any good/bad or otherwise thoughts on the new KTM vs the Honda CRF250X? KTM is looking pretty good and well set up!

some people I know have been only too happy to get rid of their CRf 250x because of ongoing expense related to valve maintenance. I don't know about the KTM's but a mate has had to have his KTM 400 head refurbished due to stretched valves. The only High performance 4 stroke I trust is the Yamaha WR and even I had a major with it hence riding Gas Gas 250 2T

What was the major you had with the WR? I know you talked about its characteristics but did you have mechanical troubles?
    Cheers
