Im lucky that I can either park my bike where I can see it from my office on the pavement or if it gets windy I just park it in the entrance way of KPMG and it's well protected from rain/wind.

Then I'll have to walk all the way down to Thorndon Quay... Perhaps I could get the missus to follow me to my safe secure bike park and then take me to work from there...?
They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the evening,
    we will remember them

I helped an older chap pick up his BMW tourer on the old hutt road this morning. He was on his way to the ferry - fully loaded up - when his boots blew off the back. When he stopped to pick them up his Beemer got blown off the stand and he couldnt lift it back up again.

Funny thing is I never go that way. Today was the first time, and I dont know why I went that way - I just turned off the motorway and saw him there.

The biker gods mustve felt sorry for him.

Are you sure this isn't a piss take? An RF900 is as likely to blow over as... as... the beehive!

That being said, I pity the owner having to fork out for the damage (and the light crane to pick it up again...)
$2,000 cash if you find a buyer for my house, kumeuhouseforsale@straightshooters.co.nz for details

Everyone used to tell me that it was impossible to be "blown off" a bike as well.... The wind down here is bloody strong! Well the gusts are anyway...
