Put me down for Taupo at any stage, Frosty.

    Now theres exactly the problem
To hire Pukie costs for a private hire about 4000 including a medic and recovery truck
Someone has to front that 4k come rain or shine.
Taupo is a bit cheaper--read a lot--Im waiting for confirmation -BUT because pukie wont exist from oct 31st till possibly march next year Taupo is pretty heavily books
Now I could be talking out my ass here about Taupo because I havent heard back from track management but I think its $2000 including medic and crash truck
Im more than happy to organise a day -and front the money but I can't afford to be 4k out of pocket
if 50 guys front $40 deposit then thats $2000 deposit
if I get 50 turn up on the day then I get my money back
At the last big KB meeting on the 23rd of april they had
82 PAID entrys -but keep in mind a fair few of those were practicing for the racing the next day.I think we had 45 KB members on the track

The only reason I only ride in the Iron man Class is I have no friends left to enter the two man events,
    my own fault really.

Frosty, will be keen for anything after 16th july, but yeah, at least a month away would be easiest! Especially if its a week day!

Yeah I'm keen, Puke or Taupo rain or shine!! I understand the risks you need to take and I'm willing to put my money up front even though it could piss down. I think its great that you are doing this as lots of people have been talking about organising a track day but no one wants to take the risk so fronting up with my cash is the least I can do to help!

I'm pretty keen to try a track day,but the cashflow's a bit tight these days....if it was a month or two away I may be keen.....and it would depend on the cost too....Draco is keen to have a go too...

Thanx for the heads up by showing me your riding WT. I have some understanding of your skill level now. If you think that Jo is far superior to you then I can't even begin to imagine how good he must be. I wish I could ride with you guys often to pick up the pace but too bad you guys live down in Welly.

I'll see ya in Taupo ya fast c*nt
