    04 05 R1 Fi Recall

    There Is A Problem With The Tps On These Models , A Recall Has Been Issued In The Usa Where Every Bike Will Have A New Throttle Assembly, Australia Are Doing Just The Sensors As They Fail And What About Nz , Are They Doing Something Or Will It Be The Ol Kiwi Shell Be Right Attitude?

    THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE TPS ON THESE MODELS , A RECALL HAS BEEN ISSUED IN THE USA WHERE EVERY BIKE WILL HAVE A NEW THROTTLE ASSEMBLY, AUSTRALIA ARE DOING JUST THE SENSORS AS THEY FAIL AND WHAT ABOUT NZ , ARE THEY DOING SOMETHING OR WILL IT BE THE OL KIWI SHELL BE RIGHT ATTITUDE?
    90% of the time spent writing this post was spent thinking of something witty to say. It may have been wasted.

    Is it tooooo late to get the tps replaced for free now. Cut out at hampton downes in fast group hoping nobody got to close to my butttttt. Dangerous mannnn.Spent the entire afternoon cleaning out tank and pump at tract from yamaha dealers thoughts yet in 2 min found problem on r1 forum. Damm.

    I have just bought one of these bikes. Did you find out whether this is warranty fix?
