try a ride on the great white whale some day -shit it went quick with the wind behind it--needed to do some tacking riding into the wind though

    Re a windy day

Well it was a bit windy today, but we still managed a short ride.

Andrew, Frosty and myself meet at Autobahn this pm, talked abit of shit, managed to upset some old bike hating tart.

Down to Drury off ramp, up old GSR, over the overbridge at Ramarama, up to Ararimu, Hunua, Clevedon, maretai, more coffee, more shit to talk, got booted out when they wanted to close shop, back to Clevedon, bit of refueling, cool now its raining as well , Up to Ardmore, manurewa, onto the m/way, Andrew and I headed out to my work for a bit of dinner, and to wait for the wind to drop, it has only got worse , andrews heading back over the bridge, and now I settle into a 14 hour night shift, but, still got a ride, and thats the main thing !!!

Thanks for your company Andrew & Frosty.

    Firefight not.

The only reason I only ride in the Iron man Class is I have no friends left to enter the two man events,
    my own fault really.

I've been commuting for 5 years accross the bridge and today was the windyist I think it was because the gusts were so fickle just when you had a wind lean it would drop to zero, 90klms It was worse on the way home but still had a dice with a CBR400RR who was that man? almost stupid as me?

Yeah, and if we can do it at 80 k's why do cage drivers have to slow to 50?
A little gybing and tacking never hurt anyone.
