1: Can possibly be welded
2&3: Can be plastic welded and even if small bits are missing they can still be fixed
4: Costly one... Try ebay
5: Buy OEM off Sparky Bills
6: They are generally sealed units, so you might have to get a whole new set of headlightsGSXR ones are around $600 OEM otherwise try ebay...

Bad luck but shit happens. BTW ebay is your friend esp. for the rare expensive bits.... fairings are best plastic welded locally and painted.
