    Only 1 hour to go....

....before I can pick up my new mistress. So exciting.
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

He was pretty coy about that the last time someone asked.

We could set up a sweepstake.

At 315 a year to insure that's damn cheap on a new bike.

My guess is a Guzzi Le Mans.

It's new to me at least. Pretty. Sexy. Singing a siren song of lustful longing.

Well, I just shed a wee tear as Mstrs rode out the driveway on the old mistress. She has become such a part of our lives/lifestyles. She was the beginning of getting our own lives back, after six kids, mortgages and no money for an awfully long time.
hxc was 13 when we got her and we could leave him for an hour or two to go for a blat.
We've had some great trips on her, lots of fun, done things that seemed nigh impossible 3 years ago, met a lot of new people and made some fantastic friends because of her. I am really sad to see her go.
On the other hand though, he will be home soon with his new hussy - more adventures to come, no doubt. Whoever buys his old bike, they will get a treasure, I hope they look after her well

He will be ever so delighted to read that! Pushing 50 is normally termed oldish, isn't it?
