Don't think they exist. 'Most' of us tend to put them on the swingarm using the double-sided stickies that are available from the rego issuer.
WOF holders may be what you are thinking about (like what you see on trailers too)
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

I have one lying around you can have. Send me a text
To every man upon this earth
    Death cometh sooner or late
And how can a man die better
    Than facing fearful odds
For the ashes of his fathers
And the temples of his Gods

Don't be conned into buying one. They are free from any bike shop. Just ask.

Um ok now here'a an answer that you will like:

The rego holders are free from AA if you renew your rego there. Just ask for bike rego holders as I did mine last month and got one for free.

WOF plastic holders are free as well from the bike shop you get your warrent done.

Just got two new regos for the two road legal bikes I ride. Was given free of charge a sticky clear plastic thingie that is the same as the one that is holding the old rego on the swingarm of the CBR. Might be a go? Get them from any post shop.
