you can also get them at vehicle testing stations or where ever you get your wof and rego's done, i got one about a year ago and it cost me $3 i think

Don't be conned into buying one. They are free from any bike shop. Just ask.

The rego holders are free from AA if you renew your rego there. Just ask for bike rego holders as I did mine last month and got one for free.
WOF plastic holders are free as well from the bike shop you get your warrent done.
