    Well, if 'Ana' indicates pro-anorexic , then Ana-cuisine (as on the sign) would be cuisine suitable for those who endorsed anorexia - i.e. cuisine with no food (harumph - sounds like nouvelle cuisine to me!). Hence, the empty pallets.
