    Cruiser biker magazines

    Gidday All,

Saw a post the other day about what Bike mags the Sprotbikers like to read got me wondering what magazines the Cruiserbike riders here read?

    My fav's are:
    Live to Ride
    Ozbiker
    KiwiRider -cruiser section
Easy Rider -only because I received a subcription as a Xmas present from my Sister n law (She arranged it without ever reading one) bloody good as its full of topless chicks and My wife can't do anything about it, pisses her off when I open up the centerfold.

    Cheers

    O1

    live to ride
    heavy duty [aussie bike mag]
twin eagles when i can find a second hand copy
    easy riders

i only read when i can afford it or find them second hand. found a bunch of second hand easyriders once, old ones, that still had the dave mann paintings in the middle! i prefer bikes without chicks draped all over them, so since they are hard to find, i dont generally bother.

I had all the first Easyrider mags when they came out in the early '70's...then it was banned in NZ.So in 1980 I had a subscription - I had the ''lost'' years.Gave them all away years ago.

Im more into the european custom scene & mags like the pommy AWOL & BSH & Custom Bike etc
I much prefer their way of innovative hands on customising of euro, jap & brit bikes to the yank way of throwing huge $$$ at a harley or harley clone & calling it a custom

Most of the same types of mags the others buy - though the only regular one now is BRM.
Lost my collection of early (1970's - 1980's) in a big fire at the freezing works in the 80's

I had them all stored ina spare locker - dozens of 'em!
Winding up drongos, foil hat wearers and over sensitive KBers for over 14,000 posts...........

    in the wind

does anyone know how many issues of "in the wind" were published? it was a side magazine by easyriders back in the day, and featured photos only, no articles.
i scored a stack yesterday of in the wind, easyriders, live to ride, ironhorse and a coupla others for $6...likely got around $200 worth of books there

$6 for the lot - good deal. I like to read through the old mags.

In the Wind is still published:

    Check out these!

Even though I ride a sports bike I still love reading about all sorts of bikes and these mags are bloody brilliant - more content, less style.
