Waihi - Tauranga - Coromandel???

I have heard that there are MX tracks in Waihi, Tauranga & some where on the Coromandale, my question is does anybody know where abouts they are?

None of there details are listed in the places to ride thread.

Don't know about MX tracks but maybe the parent MXNZ body can help, or the local bike shops up that way. Also, it's been a few years but I've seen some printed maps with 4WD tracks/ trail tracks on for the Coromandel Peninsula which used to be available from the Peninsula Information Centres. There are information centres in Coro Town and at Whitianga which you should be able to track down through White Pages and give them a ring.
