    Most truckies can stop quicker than your average phone yakking cd changing make up applying cigarette flicking knob fiddling steering wheel monkey anyways....

    Time and place. I know plenty of areas I can do 200 without much fear of being caught or injured.

    In Melbourne, the electronic toll booths calculate your elapsed speed. If you've been speeding on the toll way then they post you a ticket. Which is bad.

    Fortunately bikes are exempt from the toll charges. So they don't have to carry a transponder ... and their speed is not recorded. Which is good.

    But they have fixed & mobile speed cameras on the toll roads. Which is bad.
