The only shit around here is that image editing... better than mine but that's not saying a lot.

This may not be the answer, but I had a similar 'off' on my ZX-9R (RIP): .

I only had it a month when I completely lost the front end on a left hander not going particularly fast.

Trouble was I hadn't changed any suspension settings from the muppet who owned it before me. It had bugger all rear preload so when I sat on it the rear end sagged far too much causing the front end to rake out like something from West Coast Choppers. This meant there wasn't enough weight over the front end to keep it stuck to the floor.

I know the 250s don't have much, if any, suspension adjusment but they usually have a preload collar at the back. My first bike was an FZR 250 which I maxed out the preload and pulled the forks through the yokes a little to tip it over the front end a little. May make it a little twitchier, but experiment with the fork height.

It's worth a crack - after all you're supenders are getting on a bit and they were designed for light-ass japanese in the first place.

I've got my TLR set up tipped on it's nose, and it rocks

good advice there, I have my cbr tipped forward (rear pre-load on max and forks pulled through yoke an inch) and it handles really, really well. forks are still abit soft for my liking but...
glad you are alright man, keep on

    Good to hear you're okay!

I once had a nasty moment on diesel, coming out of a corner riding a Yamaha XC125 two-up (yes, the Beluga scooter with top-box), didn't crash but slid & wobbled onto the other side of the road, bloody good thing the traffic there had moved on

Turns out it was boy-racers who'd spread the stuff on the road ... personally I think people who do that should be charged with something akin to criminal endangerment.

    Glad your ok.

But you did not have a "high speed" low side on that corner.

No I think we have determined that. Thanks everyone for your comments. Has given me much to think about.
