    New Bike (19 October)

I took delivery of my new bike yesterday - decided not to ride her yesterday due to the gale force northerlies in the capital (this took much willpower).

So I took today off work to try her out, and the day is perfect! Already been out for a couple of hours, and you wont get this smile off my face.

Just gotta top up with food and get back out there!

    She's a Kawasaki ZR750c Zephyr.

    Heres some pics.........

Ha ha! Snap! I got my zephyr yesterday!
What an excellent bike. Mines an 1100 and I can't stop looking at it.
Might have to give it a wee polish though I think.

Both of those Zephyrs are really nice looking. I think naked bikes are more attractive than fully faired ones and that's the way I'll go after the Blackbird (wrists and knees are still just about hanging in there!)

Nice one mate. I was looking at that one in Wellington Motorcycles, but wasnt sure if she would fit between the queues of cars on the Hutt motorway. Thats a whole lot of bike!

Maybe meet up to compare some time - top o' the hill!

    Nice Bike.

    Good bikes, those Zephyrs.
Very elegant and very very very comfortable.
There used to be loads around over here in the UK but I haven't seen one localy for ages.
My first Jap bike was a Zephyr 1100.
I think it spent the first two days of ownership on the back wheel. Until I got used to power. Previouse bike was a Triumph tiger Cub.
