    No, just a little over 240k tops what I got on the track at pukekohe.
    she pulls all the way to the redline in all gears. seams to get to 200k quick and from there a slow buildup to 240esh

    THeyre not that great for consumption but not bad considering the size of the carbs on them(biggest hondas ever put on a bike) mine has stage one dyna jet kit,K&N filter and micron pipes and I can get an easy 240kms averaging 130km/ph.
    The good thing about the storm is its very easy to get after market parts for because its remained unchanged for so long.

    the VTR officially did 385km/h with the whole indian army motorcycle display team on it.

    That was the prototype (hence the name Firestorm), I want to know about the production version.

    have riden three of em, a stock one which was a little "tame feeling" a kitted one which felt sweet, and sounded the shit! real roar to it, you get attention. and a mid way newer model, nothin amazing. if you can score a tidy one ( dime a dozen) jump it they awesom value and its a honda so you'll be sweet :nods:

    I love mine, I commute in Auckland traffic on it everyday. I've got dynojet kit, scorpian cans and it sounds amazing.
    Because it's a twin it's a lot skinnier than the fours hence better at getting between cages
