No flame-war intended from me, only posting a few new pics of a model I quite like the look of.

You guys should all come down to our HD demo day this Saturday!
We've got a fucking tasty VRSCR here in Orange and Black, and they're great to ride! Ask Riffer!! Plus, anyone that comes into the store Sat goes into the draw to win a trip for two to Daytona!!

Grrr. dammit. Why do you always have your test rides day on access weekend...

All you fellas who haven't ridden the new VRSCR need to do so before passing any form of comment.

I for one am heavily anticipating the arrival of the XR1200...
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

Yerp, but looking at the rest of the bike, the term "lip service" springs to mind.

Methinks I'll be there for a look around.

I'm not sure if I'll have a test ride though, I might end up actually having to have one, which could be problematic for me in all sorts of ways.

It would be nice to have tried one out, but.

    mmmmmmm......

Go on Shad, you know you want to.

Then when we get chucked out of the house for buying new Harley's we can open the XR chapter of HOG and get some new bitches.

I for one prefer the air-cooled motors, no radiator to mess up the looks, and the sheer stubbornness to adhere to "modern standards" a la air-cooled porsches

Didn't feel right, me not being in the market for a new bike at the moment.
And then there's that downer you get when getting back on your own bike afterwards....

talking to a guy this week and he has ordered a Night Rod Special (the black one).

I was talking to a HD dealer this week and offered to write him a cheque for the deposit for an XR1200 on the spot. He declined but did say he wanted one also, and had told the importers.

It the editorial in the December CW also.

Im resurrecting this because if you want to see an HD with a guy riding it, um, exuberantly (FAST wheelies, knee down etc) go to www.harleydavidson.com then pick your country as UK, then go to the XR1200 bit and check it out. Also the video is damn cool.

Its flash (I think?) so I cant link you straight there.

but I want one. The only thing the prototype needs that it doesnt have is black hubs with stainless spokes and black rims. cast wheels dont do it justice IMO.

but mmmmmmmm XR1200 heft meer mmmmmm

Rethinking my previous "issues" with HD all the time.
