checked out "ride forever" will go back later and have good read.Looks intersting.As for the "Waiarapa web cam", could come in useful for checking out the weather down that neck of the woods.When I get the bike, - only 11 days to go, so exciting, I have a trip down to Masterton in my mind for one of my first rides.Good roads between here and there for a goof to test out on. Picked up my gear from shop yesterday, finally its feeling like its going to happen.

Age is irrevelant, people are never to young or old to give anything a go.I dislike it when I hear people saying they cannot do something cause of there age, look at that guy from Northland, cannot remember his name, who is in his 70's and does the "Race to the sky" race, what an inspiration, wohoo, its so cool to see people buzzing out on life in there old age.

Yeah there are some nice twisty stuff eh? The road from Bridge Pa, Onga Onga and onto SH2 is a good option...there are heaps of good ones around Pongaroa too...quite a hike though. Remember my first big ride was from Wgtn to Woodville...was only really riding at 90km/h at that stage. Man I was green

WHOOOOOO

I passed...YAY. It was SOOOOOO easy! *does a dance* The cones, I got on try two, turning the corners, piece of cake!!! All credit to my instructor for that, gave me some really good tips, it even started to get a bit borning in the end! Now I have to get on the road! Maynot be able to wait for the second hand bike. Go for my learners on Monday, and then I might nip into the bike shop and pick up a new one!!!

So please beware, there maybe a Mad Women on the road soon near you.

Cool, GOOD ON YOU -a lot of the time the the thoughts in our heads do not match reality and we turn things into a bigger deal than they are,well, I do anyway.I have had to give myself little talkings to as I have gone throught the process of getting on 2 wheels.We might bump into each other on the rd one day, not literally though.
My bikes 11 days away. Have you got any thoughts on what you want to buy? you mentioned GN earlier, is that still the go.

Yea I know what you mean, had an awful headache today too (not a hangover) just had to keep telling myself how easy it was, even rode around a bit with one hand (wouldnt have done that last week). Its prob just a silly little BHST to some people, but to me riding represents alot more than just that, I am so stoked! I hope we do bump into each other on the road Alice...

not literally though.

Yea still going to get a GN... would today if I shop was open.

Thanks KD... instructor told me to go riding as much as I can, which I intend too
