    Talking About bloody time

no nothing important... just another, "I got my full license" thread... Now I can do umm.... everything I did before... except now its legal.

Tootled off to Westgate AA to sit the license this afternoon (my restricted tester out east told me I should ride more to the left of the road... so I figured I would like someone who know's what they are talking about, and doesn't want to kill me).

In summary.... talk about a piss easy test. I wish my uni exams had been that easy. We went into Red Hill?? or something, all 50k, and he took me through a good number of intersections, testing stop signs, give way, roundabouts. Then up 16, turn off opposite old north road, and along some boring 70k roads, that needed resealing.

No testing of hazard recognition at an intersection, no listing out what there was, and I even had an ear piece, which was awesome!! Test didn't even take 40 min, I don't think, and when I asked for tips at the end, when he told me I had passed, he said excellent, very good riding... so I guess I am finally freeeeeeeeee

mmmm I would... if it was all behind me. When the license arrives it will be blue... Class 1 blue... still have to jump through those hoops later on.

If I get pulled for anything, I just know the cops will assume I am a motorbike learner

Yup... Though the traffic speed through there is minimal, I wouldn't want to flip that coin again.

    Nice one Gremlin!

Sounds like a bit of a lottery with some of these testers, hopefully my one in about 3 weeks, 2 days (not that I'm counting or anything ) will be of a similar calibre to the tester you had!
I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure...
