    whats the deal with high viz vests....i am a track virgin and ill be there on the 6th. DO i have to buy a high viz vest for the first session or will there be a few provided?? Cheers

    You should be wearing one of these at ALL time on the road, they are the most important piece of equipment you can own and should have been purchased even before your bike.
    Go get one immediately and wear it every time you ride.

    ahhh just re-read the rules and realised that I now need a fluro vest... does anyone have one I can borrow or suggestions on where to buy a cheap one?

    I was a track day newbee at the last track day and I didnt wear a vest. Before rushing out and spending money I would wait for a response from frosty.

    For the record Qkkid was in my bed, not the other way round

    Frosty, regarding point 20)First session ALL trackday newbees must wear a fluro vest. Again please be extra conciderate when passing them....

    Is this applicable to first time trackday or first time Taupo track day?
