my good bastard award this week goes to the guy in a blue holden wagon who made the effort to actually do a U turn and come back down the road to check i hadnt run out of petrol. I wuz parked on the side of the road, helmet off talkin on a wanker phone. He identified himself as a biker.
It was on SH30 between vegas and whakatane, at the vegas end. If this was you or you know him pls pass on my thanks.

Thats all good stuff. On the other hand, my "Stupid Bastard Award" goes to the guy on the Ducati who last night at about 10pm went for the world high speed lane-splitting record on SH2 between Welly and Petone.
