What other transport do you have?

I'm really interested to know what other transport my fellow Kber's have? I only have my bike, so if it breaks or something goes terribly wrong and I'm incapable of riding it I am stuffed for transport, there is always the bus, but that would really suck, especially from Whangaparaoa into Auckland.

So what does everyone else do when they can't ride their bike into work?

Are you extreme like this guy in the pic?

Ive only got my bike. I only have a Motorbike licence too so if my bike did die then I would be busing it as I live a good 12k's away from work....
Ive actually been really lucky with my bike. Everyone told me that 2 strokers are unreliable and need alot of attention but mines be awesome, if anything has gone wrong ive just changed the spark plug and she's as good as new!

Infact its such an awesome bike someone should buy i!

To a railwayman looks like you have cross sections of railway iron all over your safety shoes.

As for transport the two of us have too many things and I keep Land Transport NZ happy paying registration for 11 things every year including the two trailers, but then I catch the train to work.

My 3 bikes are suitable for use on the road at the moment,so my other choices are....

1989 Pajero LWB is my daily runner, and have a Nissan C22 diesel Vanette as the shop hack. But I also use the NX Coupe whenever I can, although it's mine I can't legally own it as there is money owing on it and the guy has done a runner....I'll use it until it gets repo'd,or runs out of fuel. The wife drives her Diamante, and there is another running donor Diamante around too.....then there is the Lada....and the Laurel. There is always something to use - if not I'll go out and buy another....

don't even have my bike legal yet!
Can't wait til it is. I sink a shitload too much $$ into gas in my daily, not to mention I should try keeping the mileage down given that it's genuinely low.
