Well the R's definately not pillon friendly, it's a solo bike only baby, and what the hell would you want to take a pillon on one for anyway, kinda misses the point, saying that my partner doesn't mind it on the back when I let her .I like the look but hey I'm biased. Now if only I could retro fit that tank

I've heard that they are ridiculously easy to ride fast. Good girls-bike I s'pose. I prefer the manliness of riding a bike that is the two wheeled equivalent of Angelina Jolie. Hot looking... but totally mad, unforgiving and likely to spit you off in the middle of a ride. Stupid even thinking about it, but you know you have to give it a go if you get the opportunity.

Manliness/Angelina Jolie, now I'm confussedThe Fastness thing is all down to the Pilot I spose, as Scott said I ride Like a "slow thing" (some say like a slow girl) so wouldn't know. What I do know is it's shit loads of fun & is just what I need @ this stage of my Motorcycle experience

If your bike was Angelina Jolie, would that mean you'd have to adopt a Royal Enfield?

I'm really suspicious now. That's the kind of thing that the really fast fulla's would say. I'm still trying to practice that thing of "slowing down to go faster". The Tuono rewards being ridden aggressively, but will punish severely if I over-step my ability. I am on a gentle learning curve.

    :
Those are very wise words grasshopper, the Super Duke is the same, doesn't suffer fools lightly but loves to be thrashed. Had a chance to ride my mates 03 Racing(once I could tear my eyes away from all that eye candy carbon fibre), it's amazing what a difference a little fairing makes.and the seat sooo much more plush than my old Mille.

    Superduke Heaven

Just bought a new '07 in black. Test ride of the demo sold me in 20 minutes. This bike is an awesome tool. Goes plenty fast for our roads, points where you look, stops on a dime, etc, etc. And it's different from the UJMs cluttering up the country. The last great Austrian was Adolf. With the Superduke they can finally realise their dreams of world domination!
