That way we'll get to see what the roads look like at proper bike pace!

Hey nice to see those roads from the comfort of my desk chair!
Hopefully you will be bringing it along on future rides?

    How the camera was fitted

For those who have asked - I used a piece of metal with a hole at either end, a light bracket from a bicycle and some cloth tape to hold it steady.

All bits and pieces I had in my tool box.

We are all real motorcyclists, some are just trying to wear out that reallity quicker than others. (and their footpegs)

Nice vids, looking at the roads you are doing fine, keeping the cornering smooth without having to make big corrections part way round means you aren't going in to hot or beyond your own abilities, keep up the practise and you will get better everytime.

Will have to look out those roads if I am up that way

On the Kaiaua road vid - notice the cruiser rider giving me a wave at the end.

I'll say again that these vids are really to showcase the fantastic roads you fellas have in New Zealand NOT to display any ability on my part - I'm new to bikes and am riding a 250cc twin in these clips so don't expect anything outstanding.

If you and Chickadee plan it what chance do I have of stopping you?

Hey, you're turning into a regular Peter Jackson by way of John O'Groats! Nice vids you are turning out ... we should make a compilation ...

"New Zealand two fiddy great rides", I think we need to watch out for chickadee .... methinks she will start to hare off into the distance and do that oldguy thing where she has two rides for the price of one!

btw, nice way to pay tribute to the fallen bikers - riding out and sharing the joy with everyone here

All your videos look awesome McJim. I just heard that my VTR is supposed to be coming in this week so hopefully soon(ish) I will be riding those roads at an even more nannaish speed than you

P.S. Were you at Midas Meadowlands on Saturday? Sure i saw your bike outside as I was heading out to my postie run.
