Run over by truck today

Glad to hear that you got off fairly lightly. It could have been a lot worse.

From the photo, it looks like you were on the inside of a right hand bend. Big rigs like that can close your lane quickly on bends and you have to be prepared for it.
When passing rigs like that, I tend to hold back until the cage in front has cleared the front of the truck and then open up and go for it, keeping to the right of the lane. I never like being next to one of those things, even in a straight line. I prefer to bide my time and then get passed asap

Close shave..... at least you came out of it relatively okay. Bikes are replaceable, we are not. Did the truck driver make any admissions?

Wow. My Mum would've said "Go buy a lottery ticket." But I'm not my Mum so I'm not going to say that. Besides, someone else beat me to it. Be keen to hear a bit more about what you reckon happened. I've wondered too whether I'd ride again after a big off like that. Makes you think. Rest up, look both ways before crossing the street and take care.

Someone else told me about her (ex) boyfriend came off and got his head run over by a truck. And he was fine. Walked away. Well, probably shaking like a leaf, but unhurt.
