Yup, I've taken Pip around Pukie and Taupo so far. I'd only take out a good pillion, but she's probably the best I've ever taken, hangs on tight, weighs next to nothing, and she's from a hotrodding family (her brother's the only NZ'er in the 200mph club at Bonneville) so loves the speed.
The only problem is she sits so still on the back that on some corners she winds up looking the wrong way . . .
I'm amazed they let you take pillions. Pukekohe looks like one $hite track BTW. Surface doesn't look particularly sticky either.
Dunno if they have improved it much since 04, but it was in a hell of a state back then. Tell you what though, its damned quick . . .
I'm amazed though. 94 views since putting the vid up less than two days ago. I'm picking a lot of them have come from here, and no one has commented on how great the bike sounded! Specially on the first lap going round Castrol Corner and onto the back straight . . . you've gotta love the sound of v-twins!
