Thumbs up A vid for the GSXR600 fans

Ever wondered what would happen if you threw a turbo on your GSXR600?

Wonder no more. You can grab it off my website:

    http://www.hmif.co.nz/GSXR600Turbo.mpg

It's about 8MB, so be prepared to wait if you ain't got broadband.
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

Yeah seen it heaps. But a Busa is pretty much out of most people's league dollars wise.

I thought the gixxer 600 might be more the go. In a couple of years you'll be picking them up for $4-5K, so a turbo option would definitely be affordable.

There's bugger all busa's around so they may stay expensive.

hmm.. I just wonder what the insurance company would say when they asked if it was modified? Would they appreciate just how much of a step up it is from a normally aspirated bike when they're used to car turbos?

    Sorry,

Wasn't discounting the video. It's nothing short of awesome.

It was a bit more exciting than the busa vid I saw cos the one I saw didn't do any wheelies :disapint:

There's a number of outrageous busa videos out there. A personal favourite of mine is a Ghostrider one - there is one particular scene that gets me every time. The chase bike is accelerating and gets up to 299km/h indicated. He sits there for a few seconds as you hear this howl and the black busa comes past like he's standing still and it's on one wheel. INSANE!

If you're interested pm me your email addy and I'll send it to you. It's about 20MB. Then again if enough of you want it I could throw it on the website. As I'm the site manager I guess no one will complain too much about the space I'm taking up (fingers crossed - note to oneself - check how much space I've paid for)...

Please throw it on your site, don't think my email can handle 20MB.

Pretty sure it's not in my collection yet. Definitely a must have. I'd have to rate GR as the sickest mofo on two wheels.

Okay, as promised, the GhostRider Hyabusa video, with the 300km/h+ wheelies.

    Enjoy:
