Too hyper to sleep--Thanks for the Coro run.

I'm knackered, my shoulders hurt, my back is in spasms, my forearms feel like lead and my ears are ringing.

Am I ever buzzing. I havent been on a ride like the Coro run today, for an extremely long time and have realised how much I have missed it.

My riding skills have been getting sloopy just zipping up and dow the motorway to work everyday.

It took a day like today to remember why after 35 years astride the saddle, I still love being on a bike, and why I have never bothered to get a cage licence.

Bikes have been a passion for a long time now and like all passions there comes a time when the feeling I had when riding seems to dwindle into dim memory. Today the spark was really once again set burning.

Thanks to all of you for the fun, the talk and the memories.

This week I hit my half century. Today was my birthday present.

    Dai.

If the destination is more important than the journey you aint a biker.
