    I bet you all the MX riders brought trails bikes on Monday.


    Its harder to lose weight than gain horsepower.

    Awsome video. Looks like a trails course anyway! Looks much easier i.e. less energy used than the mx bikes.

    Bet his thighs were jelly though.A trials bike has short travel soft suspension,and the riders legs are part of the suspension too,absorbing bumps and keeping the wheels on or off the ground.It takes a lot more physical effort to ride a trials bike than they make it appear - I know that from first hand experiance,after riding a trial yesterday my thighs,back shoulders and arms are all sore and stiff....feels good.

    Nothing like a good work out though!

    Whatever the case he looks like he rides it much cleaner than the MX dudes.
