Licence demerit points

I've had a total of 70 in my more than 20 years of driving/riding. One ticket in the car for going through an orange light, and one on the bike for doing 123kph along the Himatangi Straights on a quiet Sunday morning.

I've had a couple of warnings in the car, but I don't ride that fast so tend not to attract notice on the bike, even with the numberplate L00CE!

I first got a licence in 1967. Had one speeding ticket (no demerit points in those days) in 1970. Then absolutely nothing for 36 years, despite having driven/ridden at least a million miles in that time, safely, if not always within the posted limits. Then within the last 3 years, 3 tickets, each with 20 points, all on the bike.
Targetting, anyone??
