Great that you following your dream and done something about it. Great that you passed the basic handlers...

There are some great people on this site with invaluable knowledge and experience. Recommend you try and find a mentor to teach and pass on his skills, join some of the rides they orginise from this site... Don't be affraid to ask questions...?

Ok, from Nighthawk's reply to you I gather that you have recently passed you BHST. Congratulations on that. However from what I can decipher of the rest of your message you have made a few errors in other areas.

First, not everyone is named Lukas, most of us have names that are not even remotely similar.
Second, I'm not sure why you would be following your ma OLD man way. Is this a road in your area and you have missed the word "down" or "along", or is this a method of riding that your ma practices and I'm not familiar with?

Your basic language skills are atrocious, and I would suggest you get a mentor before the BDOTGNZA read this.

    Hi Dude,

Welcome to 2 wheels - you're in gijoe1313 country - now there's a fanatic if ever I saw one - he'l prolly be in touch before too long.

As NighthawkNZ said there are a lot of good people on this site...and then there are nutters like me!

    Remember lots of things.
As far as cars are concerned:

you are invisible on the road.
    It's always your fault
you're going too fast (even when you obey the speed limit)

Oh - and while on the forums DO NOT MENTION WAVING TO OTHER BIKERS!

    you have been warned.
In space, no one can smell your fart.

Welcome, and pay no heed to the BDOTGNZA. They are very second rate nazis who do not even give green stamps.

    Welcome to KB!
TXT speak is frowned upon around these parts since we have the full use of a keyboard with all of its attached letters.

    Stay safe out there.

Actually, my usual ramblings are along a more prosaic and eclectic affair, all served with a sidereal surreal slice of slippery logic and obfuscation! The demimonde and dilletante desire of this forum sometimes calls into question the id, the ego and vanity. Illium's luminous pyres are a metaphor for all of this!

Anyhow, welcome to KB - just ensure you got the right gear, practise up your skills and read the forums here, search for Buckbuck's threads - he truly defines the epitome of an independent life-long learner!

    Alrighty...

Gidday young fella, glad you managed to find the site.

As you may have noticed, as most of the members around here are more competent riders, they have naturally learned to accelerate their thought processes to compensate for dumb ass car drivers, pedestrians, shopping trolley pushers, who are beset on killing anyone on 2 wheels.

This of course means that most posters see anything like da txt sp33k as a mental judder bar, which requires too much thought, taxing the processes, and generally pissing them off.

I would recommend using the standard English form of communication, lest we set gijoe1313 on you... after all he works somewhere you used to know QUITE well I believe...

Other than that, welcome again and see you tomorrow!

Dude, you're on holiday. Stop talking shop or I'll come over to your house and do your tax returns.
