Woooohoooo, I got my learners!!!

I finaly got my learners this monday. Today I went and bought a helmet (finding a helmet to fit was another "saga" which spread across many weeks) and as soon as I came from work I went directly to the bike. Initially I said I was gonna just take it out for a spin, cause it was pretty windy. I ended up with about 3 hours of riding through the city, until it got really dark and really late.

Who said "it's the most fun you can have with your pants on!" was absolutely true

. I can't wipe the grin off my face. Even with the strong wind, it was so fun to ride that I couldn't decide to stop and go home

.

And... yeah, those preventing driving courses that I did a long time ago and all the practice of watching the other drivers (while driving a cage) really payed off. It's really good to be already in the habit of watching all the road users around you all the time.

NSR250R? Be careful - open the throttle too smartly on that and you won't have time to observe the other road users....and they won't see you coming at the speeds that baby is capable of!

Nah, my post count is quite sad as I spent so long posting on the Kendog login, and we've finally figured out how to change from one to the other with only one click of the mouse (derrrr, yep, pretty slow us Kendogs!).
