    Arrow ATM Pin Reversal

PIN NUMBER REVERSAL (GOOD TO KNOW)

If you should ever be forced by a robber to withdraw money from an ATM
machine, you can notify the police by entering your Pin # in reverse.

For example if your pin number is 1234 then you would put in 4321. The
    ATM recognizes

that your pin number is backwards from the ATM card you placed in the
    machine.

The machine will still give you the money you requested, but unknown to
    the robber,

the police will be immediately dispatched to help you.

This information was recently broadcasted on TV and it states that it is
seldom used because people don't know it exists.

Got sent this info in an email today, does it work? anyone tried it??

why don't you go to your nearest cashpoint and try it?

see if the pigs show up? i doubt it, unless dunkin donuts have cashpoints.

mind you, there is a dunking donuts AND a cashpoint in St Lukes mall, from memory.

I guess it requires so much more inteligence to post something helpful than something negative...

I dunno about that, eh. I put heaps of effort into posting negative things, and I'm really smart.

Most people can barely dream of aspiring to the quality of acerbic vitriol that I spew on a daily basis.

    Bow before me.

Then on that basis, you could be said to be a good person then? If it is that hard for you to be negative...

logically, there are plenty of pin # combo's that are palindromic... therefore that scenario would mean just a few to many false calls to the police.

anyway, Ive got the perfect way to avoid this issue - dont have any money!
