those neurofen obviously worked a treat Paul, but i did hear you quietly mutter the ankle was a "bit sore" as you left Kopu.

so pleased you are relatively okay in a weekend of hell

best of luck with your recovery, look forward to riding with you again soon

Really pleased you're relatively ok. You got off very lightly this time.....now, about this little shitbox racer you're going to come get some track time on.
From the few times I have been on a track I have learned so much about my bike and my riding and it keeps getting better! It truely puts a whole new perspective on my road riding. I find I am more controlled on the road cos I know race day will soon be here...and then I can go hell for leather and not have use all that concentration on possible hazards. And believe me Paul, you dont have to have the latest fandangled bells and whistles to have a shitload of fun! It can be done on my frayed shoestring budget. Please seriously consider it while you're recovering.

Good to hear you are not seriously hurt, heal well and fast.

Glad you're OK. I haven't posted in the other two threads because I didn't know any of the guys and it doesn't seem right to just say `RIP' like everybody else, even though I'd never met them. But I'd just like to say here, if you don't mind, I'm really begging everybody to take extra care. I don't know what the bloody hell has happened this weekend to cause this amount of people crashing, some with very very serious circumstances, but if anything else were to happen over the next week then that would just be the limit. This weekend should be the only one of its sort in the entire of KB history.

Hope your ankle heals up nicely and still works properly.

In the weekend of carnage that has just been (there were 3 bikers killed in the Perth area, last weekend, as well), I wouldn't have thought I'd be glad to say to you - thank god it's only a broken ankle!

Glad you're OK and take it easy - ankles are a barstard...
