I only just heard about the accident this morning and I sensed all was not well in biker world. Bruce was a totally top bloke but what more can you say than has already been said?

My first KB ride was the TCWNR and I hadn't been on a bike for a while, Bruce made me feel welcome. He and the others made sure I could change lane in the traffic by slowing things down on that first outing and was always first with some good advice.

I'm totally stunned! RIP to the best kind of fellow biker, wish I wasn't saying that to Bruce.

    Condolences to family and friends.
90% of the time spent writing this post was spent thinking of something witty to say. It may have been wasted.

What an Unbelievibly Tragic weekend this has been, to lose three of our KB members in such a short space of time. Rest in Peace Bruce, my thoughts go out to your Family and close Friends.

Does anyone know when the funeral is? would it be alright to show up and pay my respect? (even if I only talked to him online)

Don't know when or where yet Klown, but you'd be more than welcome, I'm sure, unless there are any specific requests we have to bear in mind.

It's too much to comprehend, yet another well respected rider taken.

Same. When i was regular here, i was in touch with Bruce (we both had the same model ride). Bruce didn't know me from a chocolate wrapper and still offered to guide me on a trip up north.

He went as far was sussing the local accomodation etc. I was blown away, and of all the KBer's i have not met, Bruce was #1 on the list of guys to have a beer with eventually.

I'm positive he will be greatly missed by many and won't be forgotten (same for LB and dss3).
