    Passed my Full...

    Hi There

    In light of the recent sad news we have had to deal with in the last few days, I would just like to share a little bit of Goodness that happened me today...

    I PASSED MY FULL CLASS 6 TEST! AND....

    I PICKED UP MY NEW BIKE! Picture attached...

    Oh My GOD! What a machine!

    The test itself was a bit of a surprise, as it lasted a grand total of 24 minutes, and consisted of a cruise around the local suburbs, and a little bit of open road - no intercom, no hazard identification portion - kind of surprised me - but that is irrelevant now, as I have the piece of paper...

    The new bike is better than I could have expected, its handling, performance, and overall experience is completely outside of what I expected - 170KM on it already (it had 400 metres when I collected it)

    Thanks to all who have provided guidance/tips/riding experience (not sex, but almost as good) to me over the last 9 months - I look forward more than ever now to get out on the road with you all, on something that can overtake without too much trouble

    Cheers!

    Nice bike, man. Now, please, do yourself a favour and:

    * Insure it.
    * Buy crash bungs and
    * Go gently, at least to start with.

    Well done. Nice bike

    Congratulations - so there's a future for us VTR250 riders after all!

    good to know my 6R is still nice and shiny - luckily I'm a long way over 25 and won't have too long to wait until I can sit my Full licence.

    All the best.

    Great news Blair. Knew it'd be a breeze for you mate. Take good care of yourselves now. Do as the man said and buy crash bungs/crash posts. If you ever drop it, you'll soon forget how they looked a bit odd and all that. Give us a bit of a ride report/test ride write-up in the next month or two. Could be keen for one of these next year and it's always useful to hear real-world opinions. Well done mate. take care. bell

    Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.
