What kinda bike do you want? I not only couldn't fit on a 125 but I didn't want one. I bought a Nifty 50 (and sold it for the same price) when I was 15. I had a morning milk round, a paper round after school and a milk round after that. I also played representative sport. I didn't even have the time to think about boredom. I had $12k by the time I was 17 - and bought an almost new GSX750 & brand new leathers, boots, gloves, helmet. I coulda almost had the deposit for a house...
Fark man, make hay while the sun shines - you'll never be 15 again. Get your mates and do all the stupid things you want to do. You have all your life to work. You'll be entitled to a measley 160 hours of annual leave. And that sounds like a whole lot more than it really is. Make the most of it, it'll all be over before too long...
They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the evening,
we will remember them

Start a project. I have started to re-build and paint up an old bass guitar.
Why don't you get your 125 looking fucking mint, then sell it for a profit to buy a decent bike?
As you said, learn to play an instrument, get a few mates to learn others, and start a band. It's surprising how little musical knowledge or talent is needed to start a half-good band. The Sex Pistols couldn't play their instruments, yet the revolutionised the world.
Go for a ride, or a drive.
Do something nice for the mrs.
Do your Christmas shopping.
There is a lot you can do, trust me. I'm 15, and haven't become bored these holidays. The only person who becomes bored, is a boring person.

Bored ? BORED? At your age!!??. Is there not something you can blow up ? I always found that a sovereign anodyne for boredom.

I was going to suggest making a bomb, but didn't want the wrath of the safety nazis. Can't have kids getting outdoors, making things, being inventive and taking risks now.
All I know is that if I had the internet when I was young we would have had some mighty explosions instead of the inevitable cloud of smoke over the school reserve after a tightly packed bomb turned into a fizzer.......
